Newcastle Toyota

Work is progressing well on the Newcastle Toyota dealership site, located in the heart of Newcastle. Williams River Steel's contract to build the dealership includes site preparation, piling, 2 levels of building works with upper floor car parking, new service facilities, all offices and fit outs, as well as external drive entry work.

The full turn key project for us, began with demolition of the existing structures on site, and as work has progressed we now see the showrooms, offices and workshops taking shape with a late March completion date set in our sights.

Contractors are currently finishing off concreting to front of building, wall & floor tiling both internally and externally, plumbing & fit out along with the final touches to the internal glazing. Painting of the internal areas and external precast panel walls and facade is currently underway. Landscaping is scheduled for next week which follows on from the installation of the powder coated seucrity fencing. Electrical items & data cabling have been installed in readiness for occupation and the the workshop will include expoxy flooring which, besides carpets will be one of the last items to be dealt with in our contract.
