Refurbishment

Recently completed is the architecturally designed refurbishment of a classroom module at John Paul College in Daisy Hill, just south of Brisbane.

Williams River Steel's scope of works was quite extensive and included the removal and replacement of the roof, building extension, structural steel upgrades, insulated panel awning, shade sails, amenities areas, extensive internal fitout, polished concrete seating, landscaping and pavement areas just to name a few which were completed during the Christmas holidays on schedule and within school budget.

Our contract with the school doesn't end there as we have now commenced construction of a new 700sqm Applied Design Centre on campus, and will follow on with a million dollar plus Library refurbishment and other smaller structures such as walkways and outdoor entertainment areas.
