Bunnings Trade Warehouse

Bunnings Trade Warehouse Murwillumbah, is now fully operational for trades people in the Murwillumbah area. The project has a total area of 4,200sqm, comprising of two sections, one is an enclosed warehouse which totals 2,200sqm and the other an open warehouse of 2,000sqm for storing all timber products. The site has been designed to accomodate B double trucks for delivery and stocking of materials. it has 9,000sqm of external concrete hardstand.

The new facility for Murwillumbah was purposely designed by the Industry Central Group for the new industrial estate. Having Bunnings as a tenant within the estate demonstrates the current need the local builders in Norther NSW have due to the strong growth within the area. Having positioned themselves at Industry Central shows the key logistical position tht Murwillumbah has to offer.

Bunnings completed the fit out of the premises with internal shelving and pallet racking to suit the purpose designed building for the trade industry. It is intended that the new facility will help expand into the trade section of the industry in Northern NSW.
