Bunnings Trade Warehouse

Bunnings Trade Warehouse, is the second building to be completed by Williams River Steel in Industry Central at Murwillumbah. The full "turn key" development, comprising of two sections, one an enclosed warehouse which totals 2000sqm and the other an open warehouse of 2000sqm for storing all the timber sales, also includes another 9,000sqm of external concrete pavement. Careful planning went into the site to accomodate b-double trucks for delivery and stocking of materials.

Heavy rain impacted the site within the last few weeks of production but we were still on target for handover at the end of May. Our clients have now fit out the premises with internal shelving and pallet racking to suit the purpose designed building for the trade industry and are now open for business.

The development is a feature to the Industry Central estate, as a key international tenant, taking advantage of prime position and costs that are available from Industry Central to the region.
