Not limiting ourselves to fully enclosed industrial and commercial developments, Williams River Steel have recently completed a 17m span x 36m long gable roof structure, attached between two buildings, 1 constructed of black steel and Colorbond sheeting and the other primarily precast concrete panels.

The design proved to be the first challenge, as it needed to be fabricated to allow connection between the 2 different building types.

The purpose of the project was to provide additional storage and all weather cover for the loading and unloading of goods and materials to be utilised in the production of customised air conditioning units, that this Coffs Harbour business distributes Australia wide.
