Kelly Mitsubishi - Cardiff

The Mitsubishi new and used car dealership at Cardiff is the latest vehicle sales centre to up grade their current showrooms and administration area with Williams River Steel.

Situated on Main Road, Cardiff, the new vehicle showroom will accomodate sales and administration staff as well as providing a detailing facility.The development was constructed at the rear of the existing building which once fully vacated was demolished to make way for vehicle display area.

Williams River Steel's contract is a full "turn key" development which included earthworks to level and clear the site along with installation of retaining walls. Concrete slabs were laid for the foundation of the building and a concrete pavement now forms the external display area.

Built to Mitsubishi specifications, the building features steel frame and precast concrete wall panels with glass shopfronts at the front of the showroom. Internal fit out and facades completed the building in readiness for installation of Mitsubishi Corporate signage and final occupation.

On completion of the building works, Williams River Steel finished off the project with security fencing around the perimeter of the site.
