Maitland Nissan - Mazda

A major makeover at the former Maitland City Motor Group site, on the New England Highway East Maitland

is well underway.

Our contract is a full "turn key" consisting of site works as well as the construction of 2 showrooms and a detailing facility.

Demolition of the existing buildings on site in readiness for the construction of new showrooms took place some time ago with staff members temporarily occupying portable offices.

First to be erected was the Nissan showroom. Not being a level site, installation of retaining walls was necessary at the rear and side of the building prior to laying of the concrete slab.

Precast concrete panels have once again been used within the building for their versatility. An Aluca Bond fascia sets the background for the corporate signage which is now in place and with fit out completed the building is now fully occupied.

The second stage on site is the Mazda showroom, which although similar in design to the Nissan building, features unique Mazda Corporate finishes. Now complete this building is fully operational and with the installation of security fencing and gates, completes our contract.
