O'Donnell & Hanlon

The industrial area on the outskirts of South West Rocks is the home to one of Williams River Steel's latest building contracts, which is nearing completion.

Kemspey based construction company O'Donnell & Hanlon approached Williams River Steel to undertake the construction of a 500sqm black steel building for their client. Clad with 100mm thick precast concrete panels up to 2.7m(h) with Colorbond Monoclad wall sheeting to eave height, the building features a splayed shaped precast panel office/showroom @ 7m high which gives it a unique appearance, standing out from the surrounding neighbours.

Built to meet tight deadlines, our contract, being to lock up stage was expected to take 5-6weeks from the first delivery of steel on site. The clients have commenced putting the finishing touches to the building by way of internal fit out followed by corporate signage and landscaping.
