Inverell RSM Club

Williams River Steel contractors have completed the final stages of our contract on a 28 unit motel for the Inverell RSM Club, which will consist of single and double storey sections.

Due to the nature of the site, Local Council required the ground level to be raised 1 metre to meet flood levels whilst below ground conditions needed more than 260 piers ranging between 4 & 5 metres deep. In turn, a precast concrete retaining wall was installed around the perimeter of the site, prior to back filling and laying of the under floor plumbing services and the pouring of the floor slabs.

Our contract involved the ground floor slabs, retaining walls, precast concrete panel walls, installation of the first floor level suspended concrete floor, associated steel work and roofing.

On handover Inverell RSM Club followed on with the full internal fit out, windows and doors, car parking and landscaping in readiness for the motel opening for business.
